For paid contracts, the service scope, price and billing period confirmed at purchase apply. Functions and limits may continue to evolve during the pilot phase.
1. Service description
GetNexSignal is a web-based platform for identifying, structuring and prioritizing potential B2B business opportunities. Depending on the activated service scope, the platform may provide target customer profiles, data sources, business signals, company information, Opportunity Scores, notes, exports, research and contact preparation.
2. No guarantee of success
Data, analyses, scores, notices and recommendations are provided as research and decision-support information. Actual demand, contact, a contract, revenue or any other commercial outcome is not guaranteed. An Opportunity Score is a prioritization aid, not a probability of closing a deal.
3. User accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep access credentials confidential. Accounts may not be used for unlawful purposes or to bypass technical safeguards.
4. Permitted use and user responsibility
Users are responsible for using information lawfully and carefully, including compliance with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, competition, copyright and communications rules. Unlawful bulk outreach, spam, deception, identity misuse and discriminatory or illegal use are prohibited.
5. Data sources, quality and recency
GetNexSignal may use public or licensed sources such as company websites, news, job postings, industry portals and tenders. Information can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect. Material information must be independently verified before use.
6. Opportunity Score and automated analysis
Scores and prioritization may use criteria such as target-customer fit, signal type, recency, relevance and signal strength. Automated methods support structuring and prioritization and do not replace the user's own commercial or legal assessment.
7. Pilot access
Pilot access runs for 14 days and includes up to 3 research requests. No credit card is required for registration and the pilot does not automatically become paid.
8. Availability and changes
Continuous, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, external data sources, hosting or network disruptions may temporarily limit use.
9. Intellectual property
Software, design, trademarks, database structures, texts and other operator-created content are protected where applicable. Users receive only the non-transferable rights required for contractual use.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and cannot be excluded beyond mandatory statutory limits. Users remain responsible for decisions based on unverified platform information and for their actions toward third parties.
11. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing, legal bases, recipients, retention and data-subject rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
12. Paid use, term and payment
Individual Opportunity Research may be purchased as a one-time service without a subscription. Paid B2B packages may have defined contract terms and advance billing periods. The binding price, term, cancellation and renewal conditions are shown before a paid contract is concluded.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be reasonably restricted or suspended in cases of serious or repeated violations, security risks or unlawful use.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions applicable to paid international B2B contracts will be stated in the relevant contractual documentation. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
